Warranties

Art of Windows provide the following warranties:

• Softwood timber against rot - 25 years*.
• Hardwood timber against rot - 35 years*.
• Paint finish (bright color) - 10 years *.
• Paint finish (dark color) - 6 years*.
• Clear finish - 4 years*.
• Glass and glazing units - 8 years.
• Hardware - supplier warranties apply, Pickard hardware - 10 years for the turbo balances.
• Draught sealing - 2 years*.

* If properly maintained (the damages to the finish/timber need to be repaired immidiately). AoW are not  responsible  for any of the mechanical damages done to any of the above which appeared past the delivery.
